We are seeking experienced full-time Housekeeping Office Coordinator to join one of our teams in Pullman Auckland Airport Hotel.
This role is suited for those who have a passion for the hotel industry, attention to detail and service with a genuine smile.

We need your flexibility to fill the gaps that are needed across a busy and well-established hotel operation which may include some of the following tasks:

- Leadership amongst the team - with the ability to delegate tasks to the housekeeping staff
- Maintain accurate records and liaise with hotel management when required
- Provide solutions to efficiency roadblocks
- Compliance amongst the team
- Practice and monitor safe workplace standards
- Performs Housekeeping supervisory duties, including but not limited to checking and releasing of rooms, train and coach staff, provide assistance to staff in cleaning rooms, as necessary
