Hamilton Infrastructure Manager

We are looking for an experienced leader to join our New Zealand Transport & Infrastructure leadership team and to lead our diverse and vibrant Infrastructure Business in the Waikato. This role is an opportunity to build on a strong foundation and to lead the continued evolution of a collaborative team culture, developing our people, delivering on our strategy, and making every day better for the communities that we serve.

Our Waikato team of 40 Engineers, Surveyors and Project Managers work with clients in a broad cross-section of Beca’s key markets across Aotearoa and the Pacific. As our team continues to develop, we are looking for a values-driven leader to join us through the next phase of our journey. No two days will be the same with this role, leading over 40 talented professionals across the Waikato region. Together with the other Transport & Infrastructure Section Managers and Operations Managers, you will be part of a Transport & Infrastructure Leadership Team connecting across the business.
This is an opportunity to lead the evolution of our collaborative team culture, developing our people and delivering on our strategy. As the Manager of our Hamilton Infrastructure business, you will be responsible for strategy, sales, project delivery outcomes, recruitment, retention, mentoring and team development. You will have the autonomy to build on our existing strategy and will draw on the support of the Transport & Infrastructure leaders to implement your strategy and deliver innovative, sustainable and community focused outcomes.
