**About the role**
The **Branch** Manager **is a **Full-Time** **position, based at Hamilton, NZ. Reporting to the **Head of Potters Manager** **you will lead the Branch team to ensure optimal sales, through excellent customer service in the Waikato and Bay of plenty regions.
In this role you will:
- **Ensure Compliance**: Uphold WHSE objectives, policies, and procedures as a priority in all operations.
- **Leadership Representation**: Act as a representative of the Potter Senior Leadership team, contributing to the identification of improvement opportunities at both the area and national levels.
- **Account Management**: Oversee key customer accounts and drive sales in the region for all Potter Interior Systems products.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead the branch team, including sales, customer services, and operations, to ensure a positive customer experience. Collaborate with branch personnel to professionally handle all potential leads.
- **Business Development**: Secure new business by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and aligning contract needs with business operations. Customer site visits will be required.
- **Operational Management**: Ensure that the branch's operational functions (purchasing, warehouse, freight) are in line with CSR policies, with a focus on fulfilling customer orders on time and in full.
- **CRM Management**: Record all area sales activities in CRM, including pipeline opportunities, customer activities, case management, and territory plans.
