**Automotive Service Advisor - Auckland**

An opportunity has opened for a driven and customer focused Service Advisor to join our client's high performing team in **Auckland**.

You will need to have experience in retail customer service within a dealership, understanding the processes, expectations of the franchise, together with having good computer skills on CRM systems and invoicing.

Previous experience gained from a similar role is preferred and our client is open to offshore applicants.

**On a day to day basis you will**
- Deal with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner
- Portray a positive first impression of the Service Department
- Advise on technical queries or issues
- Book vehicles into the department for work to be carried out
- Inform customers of the progress of their vehicle
- Maximise opportunities to upsell with all customers
- Finalise the invoice on completion of required work
- Look after the loan cars and book with clients in advance

**About you**
- The ability to work independently in a busy, pressurised environment is essential
- Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service
- Well-presented and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Strong computer literacy and numerical skills
- Above average English language ability
- Sales and relationship building experience

**Benefits**
- Representing well know brands in a Franchise environment
- $65 000 base salary Company vehicle and fuel
- Based on a 40 Hour week with some overtime and rostered Saturdays
