Truck Parts Advisor

Our client is looking for their next **Truck Parts Advisor** in the **_Auckland_** Region.
As a Parts Advisor, you will hit the ground running and be an integral part of their dynamic Parts Team. As the face of the business and the point of contact for clients, you will be professional, friendly, and most importantly, passionate about providing customers with exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**
- Procuring and sourcing parts for both retail customers, trade and the workshop
- Managing key customer accounts
- Providing expert advice to customers on parts compatibility, performance and maintenance
- Managing internal customers sales and enquiries
- Collaborate with other teams within the dealership to ensure smooth operation
- Maintain organized inventory, stock levels and participate in stock takes
- Providing support and training to more junior staff
**You will have**
- Two years of retail parts sales experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- A passion for all things Truck
Previous experience in an Automotive or Truck Parts department, and technical knowledge of Trucks is essential to succeed in this role.
Our client is open to considering current Parts Assistants looking for their next career step, or someone with previous experience as a Parts Assistant.
