**The Role**

This team is responsible for processing orders and providing a high level of customer service to our partners globally. This is a pivotal role where you will be the first point of contact. The support you provide will be varied, which could range from taking a customer through the ins and outs of their latest purchase, ensuring orders are shipped to the right place at the right time, or spending time chatting to our global sales teams to assist in the next big project quotation

**The Fit**

This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to work in a fast - paced environment with customer satisfaction being at the forefront of what you do. You’ll need to be computer proficient in this role, customer focused, a good communicator, have good attention to detail and the ability to multitask. As part of a team you will need to be cool, calm and collected in all forms of contact including New Zealand and Australian 0800 phone lines support.

- Be a highly organised team member who can work under strict deadlines with high attention to detail
- Have previous experience in customer service, order processing and Supply Chain knowledge
- Have excellent numerical & systems ability
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have experience with SAP ERP/CRM, manufacturing and operations preferred
- Have knowledge of export logistics advantageous
- Be energetic, flexible, enthusiastic and committed to learn
