**ABOUT THE ROLE
The Infrastructure and Security Team Leader role is responsible for the management, operations and administration of all IT infrastructure and related operations including information security tools and devices. The role will be responsible for providing leadership in the development of the infrastructure architecture and provide input into the security architecture ensuring alignment to business strategy, developing Infrastructure and security roadmaps.
- Proven experience in Infrastructure Architecture and best practices
- Responsible for ensuring all monitoring and alerting systems are operational across the Ballance organisation.
- Lead a drive a culture of high performance, High engagement and continuous improvement Continuously identify and evaluate opportunities to improve and add value to Ballance through the infrastructure function.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

- 10+ years of experience in IT, with in depth experience and knowledge of servers and networks
- Three or more years of leadership responsibilities, including input into strategy and budgeting.
- Exceptional leadership and relationship skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Solid experience in Back up products and methodologies (Commvault) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability explain technical concepts and technologies to business leaders and business concepts to the workforce.
