**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Operational Support: Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

2. Cultural Integration: Embrace cultural diversity and promote inclusivity within the team, fostering an environment where culturally diverse staff feel valued and respected.

3. Customer Satisfaction: Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, addressing customer concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.

4. Training and Development: Support the training and development of culturally diverse and local staff members, promoting cross-cultural understanding and collaboration.

5. Performance Management: Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as necessary to ensure high standards of service delivery.

6. Assisting the general manager in kitchen management duties.

7. Assisting the general manager in marketing strategies and event management.

8. Financial Management: Assist in controlling costs, maximizing revenue opportunities, and achieving financial targets through effective cost management and sales strategies.

9. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies, maintaining a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.

10. Leadership and Team Building: Inspire and motivate team members from diverse cultural backgrounds, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- At least three years experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Sound understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial controls.
- Ability to adapt to new cultures and embrace diversity, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse customs and traditions.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is advantageous.
