This is an amazing opportunity for a **BIM Manager** to join our Auckland Building Services team and excel their career among a network of over 400 Building Services Engineers across the Asia Pacific.

You will undertake a role in our CAD BIM Digital Delivery team and business as a MEP BIM Model Manager and will be responsible for (but not limited to) model managing and drawing production for several projects. You will work closely with our collaborative BIM and Design team members to ensure project success as well as being supported with expertise from our local and global BIM Delivery team and Design teams

This is an opportunity for a talented individual who has knowledge around Revit MEP, BIM360, Revizto, Navisworks and interest in Digital Engineering, primarily aligned with industry best practices and Construction Industry workflows. We are also looking for experience with Revit family development, Dynamo, Revit API etc.

You will have at least four years of relevant work experience with BIM processes and tools that is gained from a comparable consulting environment.

You will have solid verbal and written (report writing) communication skills and being a values-driven person who enjoys sharing the successes of your colleagues and delivering excellence for your clients.

Aligned with the level of the role, we envision that the base salary component will be in the region of NZ$100,000.00 - NZ$120,000.00, depending on skills and experience.
