Kōrero mō te tūranga ' About the role
Our newly formed Property & Facilities Support Services team is looking for an experienced and super-motivated person to support the BIM Manager in the new BIM unit. This role will manage the digital process from initiation, to design (BIM, Digital Survey) through to operations and digital data management. Key deliverables will comply with the site standards for integration and management of assets for the Facilities Management BIM model, and Asset Management System.
The role will be required to provide input on scoping, documenting, tendering, contracting, administration and project management of capital projects, as related to building information / digital documentation, for works managed by the Property & Facilities team.

The Property & Facilities Unit sits within the Finance, Facilities & Business Services (FFABS) Directorate, led by the Chief Financial Officer. The Property & Facilities team provides the overall asset and facilities management of buildings, plant & equipment, and clinical equipment, either owned or leased by Te Whatu Ora. The unit includes the following key areas; Support Services, Capital Projects, Technical Services, Clinical Engineering and Business Improvement and Capability Development.

- Experience in the Health sector desirable
