Mō tēnei tūranga - About the role The Communications Coordinator supports the National Manager Communications and Engagement and the wider communications and engagement team by providing a wide range of support across the team. On top of the day-to-day support, the Coordinator Communications will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects in different spaces, including social media management, events and marketing.On a day-to-day basis you will:

- Provide support to the National Manager Communications and Engagement through diary management, travel booking and other support as required
- Effectively manage a shared inbox
- Oversee the team's financial administration processes, including invoicing and month end reconciliations
- Support management meetings with minute taking and various other support.

Ko tāu nā ki tēnei tūranga - What you'll bring to the role This position is a great way to start your career in communications while working with a range of teams. In this role, you will need to be flexible and have a can-do attitude. We are looking for someone with:

- Some experience providing administration or coordination support
- A qualification in a relevant field, such as communications, journalism, marketing or graphic design
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A really good attention to detail, especially with spelling and grammar
- The ability to work as a cohesive part of a bustling team
- Great time management skills and with the ability to work to deadlines.
