**About the opportunity**
- Reporting to the PMO & Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for the management and continuous improvement of the Programs & Governance assurance framework, ensuring that our standards and frameworks, and program or project outputs are all fit for purpose and capable of delivering the required organisational benefits. You will ensure we have effective identification and risk monitoring processes in place and that our information is up to date and the appropriate controls and actions to deal with risks exist.
- You will partner with the Group Technology community and wider Fletcher Building divisions. Ensuring that projects and programs are governed effectively, and progress is tracked; that there is clear accountability in place for decisions, outcomes and benefits. IT investment is prioritised, aligned and adjusted to business strategy; and that value is safeguarded, and investment is made in both people and process.

**About you**
- It is essential for you to possess Project Management and PMO experience, having spent a few years in large, complex, delivery environments. You will be familiar with both traditional waterfall and Agile methodologies and practices and enjoy taking ownership and accountability to maintain and improve systems and processes within GT PMO's remit.
- You'll enjoy fast and varied work, able to work independently and collaborate with others. You are a technologically savvy and will be able to hit the ground running using and learning new tools including the Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms, and others), and Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow PPM or other enterprise systems. You'll look for ways to improve business processes, your ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines is key to your success in this role.
