**HOW WILL YOU SPEND YOUR DAYS**:
As a Procurement Coordinator you will support the sales team by providing IT procurement, analytical, sales and administrative support. Time management and identifying tasks that take priority, are a critical part of this role.

This role plays a key part in helping our client's gain their competitive edge and is responsible for supporting the sales team at The Instillery on a daily basis. You will be charged with continuing to provide the best service and communication to our clients and team, while looking for further business opportunities. You will also work closely with our key suppliers and maintain great business relationships with them.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Provide competitive service and procurement quotations to meet our customer needs
- Actively upsells within our customer key accounts
- Process customer requests in a courteous, efficient and timely manner
- Drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
- Managing supplier relationships and liaising regarding deliveries, ETAs and RMAs
- Managing customer software licensing renewals, and hardware
- Support customer sales through service, education, and effective problem solving.

**STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD**
- Attitude and willingness to learn is a must
- Preferred 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of technology (devices, components, etc)
- Customer centric with ambition and motivation to take ownership
- Able to work well in a team environment and able to self-manage
- Excellence in client service
- Attention to detail with ability to multi-task
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to take charge of own tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management
- Accurate record keeping and data entry
- Professional and helpful attitude with desire to learn
