**The Role**

As a Senior Technician reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:

- Provide technical support to customers, both on-site and remotely
- Handle helpdesk tickets and escalations from the team
- Assist with solution design
- Work with the infrastructure lead to assist with patching, scripting and audits
- Mentor consultants and review roadmaps
- Sell helpdesk services

**Skills and Experience**

As a senior member of the team you will have:

- Stellar IT troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Well-developed Microsoft Windows server skills
- Strong networking skills - Routers, Switches, Wireless and WAN
- A proven track record with Microsoft365/Office365
- Cloud experience with Azure or AWS
- Proven experience with VMware
- Full clean driving license
