**About the role**:
This role will be working collaboratively within the People and Culture Team, HR team, and reporting to the Senior OD Advisor. Your strong relationship building, and innovation experience will be instrumental in helping create a positive work environment that directly benefits the company. This is a role with a wide variety of tasks, activities, and projects, so would be best suited to someone who enjoys change, adaptations, and implementations of beneficial strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

- Improving learning and development resources including online training materials
- Strategic focus on talent management, operational structure, change and culture
- Working closely with other members of the Capability, Culture and HR teams
- Maintaining, developing, and facilitating relationships and partnerships both internally and externally
- Support the development, delivery, and management of the company wide framework, policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance the overall HR strategy

**About you**:
You will have a natural talent for organisation, collaboration, and innovation. You will have previous experience in designing and delivering a diverse range of OD, L&D, and HR projects within a medium/large organisation, and enjoy problem solving.

**You will have**:

- At least 2-3 years’ experience, preferably within one of the following areas; People and Culture Development, Human Resource, Leadership & Development /OD delivery and implementation
- Value interpersonal relationship skills, and be confident at networking within a diverse range of stakeholders
- Ability to work in a confidential environment and maintain a high level of discretion
- Excellent written & verbal communication, planning and managing priorities, and an ability to influence and negotiate with others
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong coaching, influencing and facilitation skills
