This is your chance to step up to a Head of P&C role, building your experience and working towards your career goals. You’ll love the flexibility on offer - there is a great balance between working together in the office two days per week and then working flexibly the other three days. This role may be full time or 0.8FTE, so let’s chat about which option works best for you. All this, plus you’ll be working with a down to earth bunch of people who are engaged with the transformation that’s underway.

**What you’ll be involved in**
The business is on a change journey due to widespread evolution in the industry. You’ll enjoy engaging and collaborating with stakeholders through this change. You’ll have responsibility for the full remit of operational and strategic HR and you’ll be part of the senior leadership team. Leading a small HR team, you’ll be keen to foster their development, helping them grow their HR and recruitment capability and partnering skills.
