As the Department Coordinator you will provide administrative support and services across key groups at Te Putea Matua. The role includes diary management, office management, travel and all other administrative activities as required.Ō pūkenga - About youYou're an excellent communicator and able to manage multiple tasks at once. You understand the importance of organisation and are comfortable providing administrative support across a group. You are proactive in your approach and you have a willingness to take personal responsibility for the quality of your work. You'll need to have:

- Good Microsoft Office skills (in particular Outlook and Word)
- Previous administration experience
- High attention to detail
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Ability to build key relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong commitment to excellence, quality and continuous improvement
