Motion Department Production Coordinator

We are looing for an experienced Coordinator to join Wētā FX’s Motion Production department. The Production Department is responsible for the management of crew schedules, targeted project deliveries and crew support. The Coordinator role provides a high level of administrative support.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Providing support for Department Managers / Senior Department managers across the Motion Realm in the management of artist schedules and task tracking
- Scheduling and tracking assets and ensuring scheduled targets are met
- Arrange dailies, rounds, meetings, create playlists, take notes and follow up on notes.
- Coordinating artists and their schedules

If you are an excellent communicator, comfortable dealing with all levels with the organization, including key executives & senior management who is cool and personable under pressure then we would love to hear from you.
