**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
**As part of the People team, you’ll report to our Internal Communications Manager and support and help drive awesome and effective comms to our Primary Connect teams across New Zealand. You’ll have a real passion for figuring out how best to communicate with diverse groups of people and following it up with real data. As part of your role you’ll also help develop communications plans and roll out projects in a way that excites and engages our team.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Administration and management of our internal communications channels, including Workplace by Meta, databases and regular store communications (eg the Daily Bulletin).
- Measurement and reporting back on the reach and engagement of internal communications, and recommending improvements.
- Providing advice and messaging support to the business to ensure information is clear, timely, accurate and well-written (creative thinking, good spelling and grammar is a must)
- Build good relationships throughout the organisation to ensure we’re delivering effective communications that meet our stakeholders’ needs.

**About You | Mōu
**We’re looking for a communications specialist. Someone who can write and talk well, and someone who is genuinely interested in understanding and communicating with our diverse team. You’ll ideally be comfortable working within a large and complex environment, and your ability to influence key stakeholders will be evident in the way you find solutions to problems that might come your way.

If you’re the sort of individual who strives to always do the right thing for customers, team, our communities, and our business then we ought to connect.

To be successful in this role, your background will likely reflect:

- Experience within a communications role (internal communications experience is preferred, but external communications, marketing or PR experience will also be considered)
- A few years experience delivering projects and achieving successful outcomes
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Strong interest or background in social media/ different comms channels and reporting
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the business
- Channel/Intranet Management experience a bonus
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities
