An opportunity exists to join the Planned Care Services team at Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty as the Medical Scheduling Administration Support. This is a full-time position with 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday.

The position reports to and provides support to the Medical Operation Coordinator to undertake scheduling responsibilities for subspecialist medical planned care across Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty, to ensure patients are provided access to clinical care in a timely and efficient way.

Alongside having the opportunity to contribute positively to the provision of planned care services for the growing Bay of Plenty population (260,000), you will be committed to a whole system approach and be supportive of our people and their whānau.

A key focus of this role will be to ensure a culture of Manaakitanga, and pro-equity approach is at the forefront when engaging with our people.

**He Korero mōu - About You**

This is a role scheduling for Te Whatu Ora's Endoscopy Services, which will require excellent communication and coordination skills as well as a commitment to professional excellence.

Proven experience in a large complex organisation is required, experience in a health setting is desirable along with Diploma in Te Reo Māori and working knowledge of tikanga and conversational ability in Te Reo Māori.
