**B2B (Business to Business) Team Member**

Being a B2B involves working for a company that sells/procures to/from other businesses. The B2B role is of a technical nature and involves selling/buying complex products and/or services to businesses. It deals with a target market that stays in need of the products or services to keep that business moving.

Additionally, it is charged with how those businesses interact with each other

B2B’s manage relationships with existing and new clients/vendors and core focus points are:

- Strategies
- Efficiencies
- Analysis
- Solutions

**Role Purpose**:
To deliver customer satisfaction, accuracy and efficiency at the highest level for customers and staff delivering services as provided by the team across Branch, Region and Group.

**Key Relationships**:
The B2B Team members will work closely with and maintain strong positive relationships with:

- B2B Team
- Management
- Designated current & potential contacts and clients.

**Key Objectives**:

- Assisting with completions and deliverables involving requests for all services, products, technical support, quotes, projects tenders and designs in a timely and efficient manner from the Team to the appropriate person, company, or group
- Sourcing of the best possible, products rates and appropriate services that align with the Groups stock portfolio, directives and stocking preferences as identified by the Group
- To first and foremost promote, identify, and channel the products currently sourced or marketed at the time of enquiries and the Groups strategic goals relating to those
- Co-ordination of services and deliverables from the B2B Team as required by the Group
- To maximise sale and purchase conversions, profits and opportunities from all contacts channelled from within the Group
- Channelling of additional services or opportunities to the correct Group channel head

**Skills Required**:
To perform the responsibilities listed and achieve success in the role you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

- A clear understanding of all relevant tools, services, and software for the use of “Key Objectives”
- The ability to deal with conflict in a constructive and positive manner
- The highest level of accuracy in all levels and platforms
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients, peers, cross-functional counterparts, and all management
- The ability to prioritize and effectively manage time
- The ability to work quickly to tight deadlines under pressure
- Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and positively
- A high level working knowledge and understanding of our software’s and services including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint 365, Support Services and E.R.P systems and platforms
