**Hours - **0.8FTE (32 hours a week)
- ** Shifts - **Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am - 430pm. Tuesday and Thursday 12:30pm - 4:30pm
- ** Status -** Permanent
- **Location -** Northern Region, West Coast (from Karamea to Westport, as far south as Punakaiki and inland to Reefton)
- ** Salary - **Based on the collective agreement for Home and Community Support Workers - PSA with WCDHB
- ** Note -** Current full drivers licence and own vehicle is essential.

**Mō te tūnga - About the Role**
We are looking for superstar who is passionate in providing exceptional care to our clients at their residence.
You will be responsible for supporting clients with personal care and household management within their home. Providing quality care to people of all ages and supporting them to remain in their homes.
This role will suit anyone who is willing to gain experience in healthcare. Full training and support will be provided.

- Basic computer skills
- Current full drivers licence and own vehicle as travel will be required.
- NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level 2 or higher) is preferred but not essential
