As part of the administration team, you will play an integral part and you will look after a broad range of duties.
The role is diverse and varied with responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Invoicing
- Preparation of accounting records for monthly and annual reporting
- Reconciling GST and preparing GST returns
- Payroll preparation and PAYE returns
- Assisting fellow team members with adhoc accounting duties as required and general administration duties
In order to ensure success in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Solid Accounts Administration experience - preferably in a chartered accountancy office environment
- Excellent numeracy skills combined with an inquiring, analytical mind
- The ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Strong customer focus
- High level of attention to detail
