**About the Role**

Under the organisational restructure Stop has created a second Adolescent Team Leader position, which is the advertised position. If you are successful in securing this role the two Adolescent Team Leaders will work closely together to ensure you play to your strengths.

Stop has offices throughout the South Island and this position will provide sound clinical advice and streamlined management of our clinical service delivery for adolescents. The position requires staff management, strategic thinking and innovation with regard to responding best to the needs of our clients.

You will report to the Lead Manager and support key clinical and operational functions, ensuring they run smoothly and are managed efficiently. You will understand, demonstrate and role model our values, leading the way in best practice, people management and oversee assessment and intervention work.

You will be a recognised leader within Stop and support the team towards achieving our vision He hapori waatea taitookai - A community free from sexual harm.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

- values based leadership and experience with people management
- sound knowledge and experience in a clinical role with adolescents who have engaged in harmful sexual behaviour
- strategic thinking and contribute to contractual outcomes
- collegial support and excellent relationship building skills
- comfort working in a challenging and complex environment
- Your attention to detail, understanding of the work and complexities of the clients and families we work with, is essential.
