- 3 years + of experience in an insurance pricing position is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
- Effective team player, ability to initiate and establish good relationships across the organisation
- Ability to source and present pricing insights and recommendations effectively across the business up to exec level.
- Expert in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio and PowerPoint, Power BI and SQL, R code (or similar).
