**Compliance
For the Compliance part of your role, our primary focus is to ensure the store meets all food safety, health and safety and council compliance regulations and legislation.
- Manage all internal and external audit programs.
- Championing all compliance initiatives across the organisation
- Actively promote health and safety/food safety to all staff
- Identify and implement employee’s training needs
- Run new staff inductions.

**Price Integrity**

The Price Integrity part includes:

- Responsible for Store Promotions, New tickets, Banner tickets, Poster printing and Pricing displays
- Ensuring all Marketing correspondence for pricing is adhered too.
- Trouble shoot or coordinate on any pricing discrepancies
- Update the display plan prior to the change over
- Stocktaking ownership of printing materials
- Merchandising and store presentation that delivers and exceeds our customer needs.
- Coordinating with the Grocery Manager and buyers around displays, Gaps, Bulk pallet movement, NPD, Out of stocks and Customer orders.
- Build relationships with the wider team and leadership to get the very best results

**Skills and Experience**
- Ability to work autonomously in quick paced environment.
- Previous health & safety and food safety or compliance experience required.
- Strong time management, organizational skills and able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to engage and influence a broad group of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
