It is an exciting time to be in Water. Citycare Water is a leading national provider of three waters network maintenance services, water and wastewater reticulation renewals construction, and IoT-enabled technology solutions across New Zealand.

We provide infrastructure maintenance services to protect and care for the health of water as it is delivered to over 24% of properties nationwide, and then return it safely to the environment.

**About the role**
- 40 hours per week
- Christchurch based

Digital Services is Citycare Water's Digital & Technology Business Unit which is focused on delivering innovative digital solutions for both our internal and external customers. Reporting to the Digital & Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for Project Management of new and existing water network customers' digital projects.

In this role you will be the client-facing lead for a variety of projects in the water digital services. You will be accountable for supporting the financial management of the Digital Services team with input into customer proposals, RFPs, customer pricing, and service management. You will be part of a team developing innovative customer solutions with the opportunity to use your keen interest in customer digital services and innovation.

**About you**

We are an innovative and passionate bunch, so, bringing your energy and diverse thinking is also important. You will be experienced in delivering concurrent projects and your excellent communication skills and a collaborative workstyle will help you deliver results.

You will have the aptitude and a strong interest for learning digital skills such as Internet of Things (IoT) smart digital water metering and water quality sensors. You will use your creativity to deliver a customer-focussed approach to Digital and Technology development, continually looking for ways to improve processes. **Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary degree (bachelor's in management or Diploma preferred, but not crucial).
- 3-5 years project management experience.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Confident Project management skills & experience, including strong financial management of projects.
- Sound computer skills including Microsoft 365, with Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
- Statistical and analysis skills (desirable).
- Experience within the Water / Environmental / Civil Construction / Infrastructure industry / Energy / Regional or City Council would be beneficial, but not essential.
