The Portfolio Coordinator will ensure that portfolio and programme management processes and controls are defined, implemented, and actioned effectively, supporting the Portfolio Manager in all areas of portfolio management.
Role accountabilities of the Portfolio Coordinator will include:

- Assist the Portfolio Manager in establishing (and maintaining) the portfolio framework and strategy that the programmes will work within, including all controls and tolerances;
- Maintain the portfolio and programme documentation in conjunction with the Portfolio Manager and Business Manager;
- Co-ordinate portfolio reporting to governance groups, management groups and other stakeholders including supporting Programme boards to deliver to portfolio reporting requirements;
- Schedule workshops, meetings and other portfolio-related events, support programmes and projects to maintain EPMO procedures and deadlines;
- Assist the Portfolio Manager to ensure all programmes and projects within the portfolio are delivered to meet their delivery objectives (Budget, Time, Quality);

We are looking for someone with excellent initiative and interpersonal skills, and who has great attention to detail and strong prioritisation and time management skills.
- Sound knowledge and proven experience working within a portfolio or programme/project environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated administration experience in a corporate environment and/or public sector environment.
- Proficient with the Microsoft suite of programmes, in particular Word, Excel and Project.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a busy team with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills.

Utu ā-tau | Salary
The midpoint of the salary range is $82,130. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
