From answering customer queries and managing snapper/ticket revenue collection to providing crucial support to our passengers, you'll be at the forefront of delivering a memorable experience. - Our trains operate daily, running from 3:00 am to 2:00 am, 365 days a year. This means your shift lengths and patterns will vary, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays. Don't worry, though We'll provide you with ample notice and the flexibility to swap shifts or rosters, helping you strike a balance between your work commitments and personal life.
