**Your day to day**

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As Guest Service Agent you’ll deliver this through all aspects of the front office/reception. In this role you will:

- Create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home
- Check guests in and out and take payments
- Answering guests queries and taking reservations
- Be a key source of information on both the hotel and the local area

**What we need from you**
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in front office, reception or reservations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Having worked with Opera or similar PMS system is beneficial for the role
- Attention to detail and an ability to multi-task are key to success
