The Senior HR Advisor is a critical member of our New Zealand and Regional HR teams. You will ensure interpretation, alignment and execution of the People Strategy. At the same time, you will deliver and promote best practice and operational excellence of HR across the business. You will act as an advocate of the wider function and leverage our Centres of Excellence and Business Services teams to meet strategic HR needs of the business, including but not limited to; Transformation, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition Strategy, Employee Value Proposition, Reward, Performance Management and Employee Relations.

**What this opportunity involves**:
Being successful in this role means being able to provide effective, timely and professional human resource advisory services to your nominated business groups. You’ll also work closely with our various HR Centres of Excellence (CoE) to ensure alignment with the regional HR Leadership and broader JLL Vision as well as your HR colleagues and Talent Acquisition team based nationally.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Reporting to the Head of HR Australia and New Zealand, and sitting on the New Zealand senior leadership team, you will work with and support the business on key initiatives including performance review, talent management, employee engagement and the delivery of L&D initiatives.
Other key facets of the role include proactively recommending and implementing strategies to engage teams with the business purpose, vision and values, and align culture and behaviors. You will provide counsel, advice and coaching to managers to enhance the performance of their colleagues and address people issues. Advice will largely be of a tactical nature and may include advice on organisational/structural change, cultural change, reward & recognition systems, compensation & benefits, individual/team development, performance management and employment relations.

**Experience**: A robust communicator with a track record as a HR Advisor, you will have demonstrated experience in client group relationship management, Employee Relations, and HR project work. The ability to provide high quality service to the business in a changing environment will ensure you succeed in this fabulous opportunity.

You’ll also be a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the business.
