If you are an energetic people person with a head for logistics, then this could be perfect fit for you You will be supporting the Whakatipu Lakes Manager and the Walter Peak & TSS Earnslaw Manager in the day-to-day operational activity for jet boats, rafting, water taxi and TSS Earnslaw whilst continuously delivering the magic we are known for to our guests.

Responsibilities include rostering the teams and ensuring timetables and schedules are operated effectively as well as booking charters and selling trips to all potential guests passing by your central kiosk hub on Steamer Wharf.

To succeed in this role, you will be 100% customer focused and passionate about creating a culture where customer expectations are exceeded. Your outstanding customer skills and excellent communication skills will result in great service, delivering a seamless and exceptional experience to all our guests.

This is a 9-month fixed term opportunity covering maternity leave.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Is engaging and can offer a genuine and unique customer experience
- Has previous leadership experience, preferably in operations
- Is very solutions focused with the ability to make good decisions
- Can provide weekend support and will be responsible for the afterhours shore-based phone
