**About the role | He korero whakamarama mo tenei turanga**

As the Nursing Coordinator for our District Nursing team, you will provide valuable administrative support, working closely with the wider Service Delivery Team to ensure that quality and timely customer-centric service is provided to our customers.

You'll be someone who loves to organise and prioritise. Helping those who you support will be something from which you gain a real sense of pride and you will constantly strive to complete all tasks within the allocated time. A clear understanding is required as to who our customer is - including people we support, family/whanau, Support Workers, Funders and other internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will need to have a clear understanding of other customers in the sector, including service delivery partners, Iwi, Government and non-government organisations

**Responsibilities may include but will not be limited to**:

- Completing administration tasks in the office, including actively managing roster changes to ensure the customers needs are met
- Gathering and entering data into the Client Management System (CMS) and other systems as required, ensuring that the required data is complete and accurate, and actively seeking information if incomplete
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive customer records in the CMS and workforce systems as required
- Operating and updating company systems such as the CMS, including the Nurses information, in a timely and accurate manner

- proven experience working in an administrative/ data entry role or similar
- Confident technical and computer skills, ideally intermediate level across MS Office Suite
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and an ability to multitask are a must
- Healthcare industry experience would be highly advantageous
- You must have excellent communication skills, be adaptable, and be able to work well both as a team and autonomously
