As a Platform Lead you will be responsible for people care and providing strong leadership. We encourage the cultivation of a strong culture and high performing teams. It’s important our leaders coach and mentor in order to promote a continuous development culture and recognise success.

As a Platform Lead you will keep workforce planning front and centre as well as ensuring the members of the team have the right level of support and guidance to deliver to the goals of the Platform and overall Tech Area objectives.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
Provide People leadership and mentoring.

Create an environment where platforms thrive and teams succeed.

Focus on the teams personal development and performance

Help plan and implement platform roadmaps with Product Owners, Project Managers and team members.

Provide technical expertise to support delivery outcomes

Dashboard performance metrics and baseline for measurable improvements

Your people leadership and management capabilities coupled with your knowledge of technology and experience in delivery will have you well suited for the role. Your ability to forge strong relationships with your peers, perform stakeholder management and provide technical leadership will also hold you in good stead.

As a Platform Lead, you will have a passion for both people and technology. You will have sense of what a strong culture looks and feels like and be an advocate of building high performing teams. You have the drive to provide input into and deliver against the platform roadmap as well as support its daily operation, availability and performance.

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Must have experience in leadership whether it be as a senior or lead member of a team and be practiced in guiding and developing your people

Demonstrable experience in the delivery of complex initiatives involving multiple teams, technologies and platforms

Have the ability to co-ordinate and bring people together to achieve great outcomes.

Build and manage relationships with multiple teams and stakeholders

Having vendor management and operational experience is a must.
