**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga**

As a trusted People Experience Partner (Senior People Partner), you will be responsible for developing the next generation retailers and leaders. You will deliver best in class people experiences, leverage Group-wide people initiatives, and drive sustainable change outcomes as we continue our transformation journey. Working with Stores across the South Island, you will be hands-on in managing a broad set of relationships and will be accountable for people outcomes across the region you support.

Key responsibilities include:

- Strategic HR Business Partner for stores across the South Island
- Establishing great relationships with key stakeholders to allow you to partner across the people model to deliver outcomes
- Implementing HR team objectives aligned to relevant HR people strategy for your Zone
- Shape data-led people priorities that underpin our Business Strategies, partnering across the people model to deliver outcomes
- Building team connection to Purpose & Business Strategies through shaping team narrative & engagement plans
- Managing people risk through the development of risk mitigation strategies & monitoring key controls within the Business
