We are currently seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals to join our team as Tour Guides. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for leading and guiding visitors through the breathtaking landscapes and cultural wonders of New Zealand. This role requires a passion for storytelling, a dedication to customer service, and a deep understanding of New Zealand's rich history and diverse attractions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting guided tours of iconic New Zealand destinations while providing engaging commentary and historical insights.
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of tour participants throughout the journey.
- Facilitating smooth logistics and timely transportation between various attractions.
- Tailoring tours to meet the preferences and interests of diverse groups of travelers.
- Assisting with the organization and coordination of tour activities, including reservations and bookings.
- Responding to customer inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving any issues that may arise during the tour.
- Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and representing us with integrity and enthusiasm.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a valid New Zealand full driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Possess a valid P-endorsement license for passenger service vehicles in New Zealand.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Extensive knowledge of New Zealand's tourism industry, including popular attractions, historical sites, and cultural landmarks.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Previous 3 years experienceand/or a level 7 qualification in tour guiding, hospitality, or customer service roles.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays, as dictated by tour schedules.
