**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for an experienced Level 2 Support Engineer / Helpdesk to join our growing company working within the Customer Support Team. This is a full time, contract role.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2+ years’ experience working in a customer facing service desk environment
- Experienced with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint
- Amazing communication and customer service skills
- Experience with Apple devices, macOS and iOS
- Be able to create and maintain operational support documentation
