Account Manager

We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our team.
We’re looking for someone that is smart with the potential to grow. You will be excited about helping our clients do good work and be happy to get stuck in and do whatever is required to get the job done.
To be successful you will probably have a marketing and communications degree and 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in an advertising agency is essential and digital or media experience would also be interesting.
Your core responsibilities will revolve around building and maintaining great client relationships, seeking out opportunities that help the client and the agency grow. You will be an efficient project manager working across the agency with the production, media and digital teams to make sure projects are delivered on time.
You will be working in a smart, dedicated team in a growing independent agency. We’ve got a great culture with strong leadership, we’re curious and future focused and have a real desire to do work that moves people.
**Requirements**:
- 2 to 3 years experience working in an agency environment.
- Great relationship skills
- Smart strategic thinking, adds value when working with clients.
- Strong organisational, project management skills - gets things done.
