Join AUT University's dynamic and evolving ICT Service Delivery Team and deliver outstanding ICT support to staff and students. AUT has one of NZ's largest IT departments, consisting of over 3,500 staff and 9,000 operating PC's, Macs and mobile devices.
- Proven work experience in a customer service role with relevant Information Technology qualification(s) and knowledge
- Experience in writing IT Support documentation to be referred to by other ICT staff and clients/end users
- Have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in supporting users in a MacOS environment
- Experience in supporting users in a Windows environment
- Understanding of Incident Management and Request Fulfilment processes, in line with ITIL Service Desk objectives
- Prior hands-on experience with Active Directory, SCCM, JAMF will be advantageous
