**The Role**
- Manage all communication with vendors and customers for layer 2 customer connections. This includes requesting quotes, capturing relevant details, placing orders, and following up on the orders.
- Work on routine provisioning tasks assigned by the service delivery engineers.
- Be responsible for any administrative tasks related to service delivery.
- Write up documentation provided by the service delivery engineers.
- Use initiative to identify improvements to existing documentation and processes.
- Attend all Security Training sessions and follow company's Security Incident Management Process to report security events.
- Follow guidelines for physical security of the equipment provided and observe clear desk and clear screen policy as defined in company's Physical and Environmental Security Policy.
- Be aware of the requirements for classification and handling of all information accessed or processed, as is defined within the Company's Information Classification and Handling Policy

**Your Skills & Experience**
- An interest to work in VoIP.
- Experience in speaking and writing to customers in a technical role
- A natural interest and passion to work in a technology role.
- Driven by enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills
- University degree
- Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and completing them successfully within a deadline
- Excellent attention to detail
- Express yourself clearly and confidently in speech and in writing
- Strong team player who works confidently within a group
- Act on own initiative and be proactive in putting forward ideas and solutions to the team
- Flexible to changing situations & environments and looking for a better way of doing things
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced ever-changing environment with a heavy workload.
