We currently have an amazing opportunity to join our successful, hardworking, but down-to-earth Strategy Team as a Strategy Analyst. This is a new role in which you will be responsible for providing forward-thinking business information and analysis (both financial and non-financial) to support decision-making and strategy development.

**The role's key responsibilities**:

- Partner with business managers to provide analysis for key business decisions such as project investments, new product lines, measuring performance, potential mergers or acquisitions, and international expansion opportunities
- A focus on short and long-term financial planning and analysis that actively helps shape Summerset's strategic direction
- Prepare Summerset's half and full year Results Presentation and other investor relations related work
- Support interactions with key external stakeholders such as external financial analysts, banking partners, etc
- Grow financial capability across the business to add robustness to forecasting and reporting processes and ensure strong financial management processes
- Help shape and support the optimisation of Summerset's long-term capital structure as the company continues to expand

**Who are we looking for?**
- Relevant tertiary degree and CFA/CA qualification (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar corporate finance or accounting role
- Outstanding financial modelling experience, including preparing integrated three-statement models
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel/Microsoft Office, SQL)
- Positive "can do" attitude and strong work ethic, a real desire to advance your career
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with both financial and non-financial managers
- Demonstrated ability to deliver work accurately and on time
