The Role

This role involves you being across our on-site, cloud based infrastructure and SaaS offerings within MediaWorks, ensuring they all are providing the relevant services required by our different business units. It's an energetic, fast moving and dynamic environment.
- You'll work across multiple teams within Technology, from Transmission, Engineering, to IT and working with the wider Radio and Outdoor business areas.
- Responding to problems, troubleshooting and prioritising day to day operations and planning ahead for future demand.
- Assisting in resolution of complex issues that are escalated from support desk
- Partnering closely with the business and adapting to changing needs
- Supporting in the design, installation and maintenance of MediaWorks' server based systems to ensure they are available and running optimally
- Creating and maintaining documentation relating to MediaWorks Technology systems, that you design, build, or change

About You

To thrive in this role, you will bring the balance of a strong technical background as well as skills and motivation to engage with our teams across MediaWorks. It's your attitude and aptitude that count.
- You have graduated with a relevant IT qualification & have detailed understanding of Microsoft server operating systems
- Prides yourself on being super organised, completes tasks in a timely, consistent manner and committed to doing the best job possible.
- Experience with VMware (essential) and either Veeam or a similar back-up technology
- MS Active Directory, Workspace One (desirable)
- Skills in public cloud, private cloud or both
- Adaptable, confident communicator with strong problem solving skills and curious learner
- High attention to detail, accuracy and with the ability to prioritise your workload in a fast paced, deadline pressured environment whilst working with multiple stakeholders.
