Auckland City, New Zealand PHD Group NZ Full time

Working at PHD
Come and work for PHD - 2020 Campaign Asia NZ Media Agency of the Year
First and foremost, PHD is a business about people. We are proud (and lucky) to have some of the cleverest and most creative brains in the business on our team. It is thanks to the smarts, creativity and passion of our people, and clients, that we are who we are.
Despite our 20-year history, we aren't ones to get comfortable. True to our ethos, we are always trying to make the leap for our clients to deliver the most innovative media products by going beyond the obvious and rejecting the notion of a typical media agency.
If not a typical media agency, who are we? PHD Group in New Zealand is made up of several agencies specialising in offline and online media, Search, Programmatic, Data Analytics, PR, Content, Activation and Social Media. We don't book ad space or create Facebook posts. We merge the latest technologies, world-class strategy, marketing data, and knowledge of human decision making with planning and buying expertise to deliver best in class communications solutions for our clients.
We believe that the culture of an organisation is the difference between a good company and a great company. Not ones to settle for ‘good', we are committed to making PHD great by weaving our values of creativity, curiosity, openness, collaboration and courage into everything we do. We also encourage happy, healthy people through extensive training opportunities, a wellness program, flexible working, your birthday off, subsidised health insurance and gym memberships and an annual ski and surf trip - to name just a few
Our many award wins, including Comms Council 2018 & 2019 Media Agency of the Year and more recently Campaign Asia NZ Media Agency of the Year in 2020, are a testament to our unique culture and approach.
We believe in hiring great people and giving them the freedom to be awesome. Do you thrive when faced with a challenge? Would collaborating with media, strategy and technology specialists every day excite you? Are you bursting with great ideas? Do you want to be part of a hard-working team who like to have fun while doing it? If so, we would love to have you join the PHD Group team
