**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**

We now have a rare opportunity for a National Services Lead to come onboard to play a critical role of driving the continued performance and development of our Services portfolio. This role will support the functions and strategy of the field-based team with specific focus on performance outcomes across all channels.

Snapshot of the role:

- Manage and influence sales performance at a national level
- Lead a team of 7 x Services Regional Leads and indirectly 130 Service Solutions Specialists that own customer, trading, fulfilment and people outcomes
- Drive sales and profitability across our Tech Solutions products, Service plans and telecommunication offers
- Review the existing Services portfolio and provide feedback to the Services Product Managers
- Ensure consistent execution across our stores for our Services products
- Work cross functionally to collaborate with the wider business to achieve the best results
- Execute business plans to help grow the business
