**About the Role**:
In this role, you will be essential to our organisations procurement operations, supporting various business units in every aspect of the SAP Procure to Pay (P2P).

Your responsibilities will cover being the Procure to Pay go-to guru for all things SAP-related across the Vector Group, ensuring real-time accuracy in purchasing master data within SAP and related systems. As the P2P Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining consistency in creating and managing item and vendor master data in SAP. Accuracy of vendor data within the system will be one of your key accountabilities.

You will champion the full utilization of procure to pay technology within the Vector** **Group, promoting best practices and providing support for system optimization. Your expertise will be pivotal in the development, management, and utilization of SAP and P2P systems, including the creation and maintenance of essential reports for managing business drivers.

You'll also be the guardian of group procurement functions, overseeing corporate categories and ensuring they align perfectly with our organizational goals. And let's not forget about reporting—where you’ll be tracking procurement performance, analyzing trends, and providing invaluable insights for making those game-changing decisions

**Who we are looking for**
We’re on the lookout for a SAP superhero You have a comprehensive understanding of SAP, particularly in managing vendor data, along with a natural inclination for learning new systems and processes.

You will also have:

- Proficiency in analysis and reporting, along with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Strong multitasking abilities, effective communication skills and a collaborative work ethic
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, financial and business acumen, along with strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, along with familiarity with various technology platforms and previous exposure to P2P and ERP systems are crucial.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills while cultivating and maintaining professional relationships.
- Self motivation and a proactive approach to tasks
