If so, we want you to be a part of our clients dynamic team a leading Motor and Pump store in Palmerston north who are dedicated to delivering top-notch products and amazing customer satisfaction.
This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday 8am - 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product information, technical support, and guidance on motor and pump-related inquiries.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
- Strive for continuous improvement in customer service processes.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Experience in sales, preferably in the motor and pump industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical product details and convey them to customers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the Palmerston North market is an advantage.
