Are you looking to work in a modern, world renowned tertiary hospital that provides a comprehensive orientation and ongoing education in a supportive team based environment?
We are seeking a Senior Registered Nurse with strong leadership and advanced nursing skills for the role of Nurse Specialist in Vascular Anomalies.
You will provide professional and clinical leadership, patient care co-ordination, education and clinical teaching to patients and staff. The role covers primary, secondary and tertiary care of complex patients.
You will play a central role working alongside a wide range of specialists providing a regional care for both adult and paediatric patients with vascular anomalies.
The successful applicant will have extensive nursing experience and be practicing at a senior level. We are looking for a proactive person who is ready for a new challenge and a chance to take a step up in their career path. Post graduate qualifications, and research skills will be an advantage.

It is essential that you meet the following criteria:
- Have at least 5 years medical nursing experience
- Interact effectively with a multi-disciplinary team and service members
- Must hold an expert portfolio
- Maintain safe cultural practice and develop your cultural knowledge
- Have excellent supervisory, communication and problem-solving skills which are essential in order to relate to and work with staff and patients at all levels.
- Have NZ nursing registration with a current Annual Practicing Certificate
