Tradify is a rapidly expanding New Zealand based SaaS success story - and we're looking for an awesome Team Lead to join our HQ team in Auckland.
As an Inside Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for both achieving and exceeding your own individual quota, as well as guiding and leading your squad to success.
**In a Typical Day, you will**
- Assist the sales manager and coach with day to day development and feedback to squad members
- Provide feedback to sales coach and manager around team requirements and support to improve performance
- Measure, monitor and optimise sales performance of squad members based on set KPIs
- Take ownership of your squads performance vs target, ensuring you enable success within your squad and seek appropriate support to do so, as required
- Assist with call coaching and churn to provide squad members with effective feedback to improve their performance
- Lead morning check ins with you squad members daily to confirm their plan of action for each day
- Assist with day to day operational tasks, including adjusting fieldworker pricing, reallocation of leads and enquiries
- Effectively lead peer to peer training sessions both squad and team wide
- Reach out and talk to new trialists to get to know their business, understand their needs, learn what problems they are looking to solve and help them determine whether Tradify is the right job management solution for them.
- Run live demos, where you dive into Tradify and show trialists how they can use the system in their own business.
- Jump into a sales meeting to review your own and the team’s weekly and month to date numbers and discuss any challenges and opportunities - how to handle them and what we can do to improve across the team.
- Enjoy a slice of cake with the team to celebrate our latest growth milestone.
To be successful in this role, you will be an effective salesperson, who is able to bring in new customers and hit their own individual quota while enabling others to work towards a squad and team growth target. You’ll love sales, be passionate about helping others use world-class tech, be able to clearly communicate the Tradify value proposition and build rapport with a variety of different people. You’ll also have a keen interest in learning, be self-aware and be focused on your own continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Have 1-2 years minimum experience in a SaaS sales role with the talent and desire to exceed your individual and squad targets.
- High level of emotional intelligence to both relate to and help squad members while also effectively communicating with customers
- Effective leadership abilities and willing to support the team and overall sales results
- Comfortable giving improvement based feedback to peers
- Love to find ways to make technology understandable and relatable. Many of the people you’ll be talking to are great at what they do but are not familiar with software like Tradify.
- Are highly organised and have great attention to detail - you’ll need to follow established sales processes and juggle lots of different tasks. Time management will be critical to your success.
- A base line of slideshow creation to build peer to peer session slides
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment where everyone is friendly, smart and driven.
- Are resourceful - you’ll need to figure out the best way to get each trialist over the line.
- A collaborative team player and strong influencer with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Has experience using (and helping your teams use) HubSpot or similar marketing automation/CRM software.
**Benefits**
You’ll report to the ANZ Sales Manager, and work closely with both the local and global team, where everyone shares the same purpose and pitches in as needed.
We offer a dynamic high growth environment where people can learn and thrive. If you want a fast paced, action oriented and sometimes unpredictable and challenging work environment, you’ll fit right in.
