**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**
- This is a pivotal role that will support and drive the success of the sales team through optimising processes, and providing insights and analysis to drive sales optimization.
- You will be an integral part of the team, with a deep understanding of Salesforce and the sales process withthe ability to analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Additional key responsibilities:

- Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts, considering historical data and market trends.
- Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Utilise data to report on trends and provide market insights
- Management of the health and hygiene of salesforce.
- Proactive approach to the continuous improvement of the salesforce platform to enhance user experience.
- Coach and provide guidance to the sales team on all things Salesforce.
- Continuous improvement as it relates to the sales process and collaborate on strategies to improve efficiency.
- Conducti market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities.
- Responsible for the preparation of reports on customer activity and sales metrics to the sales leadership team.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**

As a key member of our team, you’ll be smart, savvy and have best practice sales processes running through your veins. You’ll be highly collaborative and communicative, providing outstanding service and support to your internal stakeholders and our customers.

Additionally, you will have:

- Extensive experience with salesforce, 3 - 5 years minimum.
- Stellar stakeholder management and relationship skills,
- Exceptional analytical skills to make data driven decisions and identify trends to assist in the forecasting of sales.
- Proven demonstrable track record with data analytics, specifically performance and forecasting.
- Proactive, organised, engaging, supportive, organised, able to work effectively and efficiently.
- Transport or logistics experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
