**Position Overview**:
As a BIM Modular - Electrical, you will play a pivotal role in creating accurate electrical models using BIM software, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless integration of electrical systems within building designs. You will be part of a collaborative team that values creativity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed electrical models using BIM software, including lighting, power distribution, low voltage systems, and related components.
- Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and construction teams to coordinate electrical systems and resolve clashes effectively.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards in all electrical designs.
- Create and maintain parametric families for electrical components to enhance modeling efficiency.
- Support the electrical design team in modifying plans, diagrams, and specifications as per project requirements.
- Conduct quantity takeoffs and generate accurate bills of materials for electrical systems.
- Assist in creating as-built documentation by updating BIM models with actual installation details.
- Provide training and support to team members to promote best practices in BIM workflows.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in construction will be advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
